genesis resulted from the selection of the best sugarcane that the island has to offer, and its juice underwent a special process of extended fermentation. Once all the necessary characteristics were gathered, the sugarcane juice was distilled and subsequently aged in our French oak barrels for a period of 9 months, granting it the distinctive straw
